2021: The worldwide pandemic, of course, put a damper on our 2020 plans; though we are extremely fortunate in that the virus didn't strike any of our family or close friends seriously. Our hearts go out to the hundreds of thousands affected in the U.S. and millions worldwide. Better times are ahead. We hope those who've suffered, emotionally, economically and physically find healing soon. Here we are, finally in The Bahamas! We took the boat from Fort Pierce to Fort Lauderdale about a month ago and spent time with Eric. As most of you know, he lives on his boat there, has for over 3 years now. It was wonderful to be in his new hometown for an extended time and to have met many of his new friends and neighbors. The week before we were able to visit Jay, Caitlin, Burke and Vance - treasured times for sure. Now for our trip to the Bahamas!
